For athletes looking to hone their skills and undertake a Critical Swim Smooth Test, or Ramp Test to ascertain threshold speed. Likely to be swimming 11-12.30 for 750m or 55m to 1:05 for IM distance. You leave with Athletes report and drills no filming unless you organise

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more in advance there is no charge, up to 24 hours there is a 50% charge, and less than 24 hours without good cause then there is no refund if booked online in advance OR the session must be paid for
