Combine a swim session at this normally closed to the public pool with video analysis of your freestyle stroke.

You'll get a few key pointers to practice immediately on your own for 20mins or so before joining an optional open water skills session for 25 mins

​

You'll practice sighting, drafting, turning, entry and exit, and can bring a wetsuit if you want.

 

Within 48 hours you'll receive a tailored  swim report including your swim video analysis plus commentary and suggested improvements.
